The Charity Tournament by González & Sánchez Abogados
Last Thursday, November 20th, La Reserva Golf Club became the perfect setting for a very special day organized by González & Sánchez Abogados. In an unbeatable atmosphere, clients, partners, and friends of the firm gathered to enjoy a day dedicated not only to sport, but also to a deeply human cause: raising funds to support people with Asperger Syndrome.
Sport and Solidarity: A Perfect Combination
The tournament began early in the morning with a warm welcome to all participants. From the very first swings, it was clear that the spirit of the event was not extreme competition, but togetherness, camaraderie, and a shared desire to contribute to a charitable initiative.
The day unfolded with laughter, great shots—along with some not-so-great ones—and a course that shone in all its autumn beauty. Both experienced players and amateurs enjoyed a privileged environment and an event organized with meticulous attention to detail.
Supporting the Cause: Asperger’s Syndrome
Beyond the sport itself, the tournament’s main objective was to raise funds for programs aimed at improving the quality of life for people with Asperger’s Syndrome. Thanks to the participation and generosity of all attendees, €8,500 was raised, which will be allocated to inclusion projects, psychological support, and training activities for people with this condition. This figure reflects the solidarity and commitment of everyone involved.
A Memorable Ending
After the course concluded, the event ended with a charity gala held at the club. The evening included a cocktail reception, an awards ceremony, and a heartfelt thank you to the sponsors and collaborators. It was the perfect setting to continue fundraising, share stories, and strengthen the collective commitment to the cause.
